Victor serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SVN | Toomey Property Advisors, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and overall fiscal management.

In this role, he works closely with leadership to support the firm’s continued growth and ensure strong financial performance across both brokerage and property management operations.

Victor earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama before pursuing his passion for finance and accounting. He went on to complete his Master of Accounting at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2022. With more than five years of experience in property management and real estate, Victor brings a unique and valuable financial perspective to the team.
