Teri serves as the Maintenance Coordinator at SVN | Toomey Property Advisors, where she helps oversee maintenance operations across the company’s property management portfolio. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Teri brings strong organizational skills and a background in management that helps ensure maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and property needs are handled efficiently and effectively.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Teri studied ICM at Pittsburgh Technical Institute and has completed additional professional certifications through Georgia Tech, including Manager, Supervisor, Financial Manager, and Course Facilitator designations.

After spending 15 years in a fast-paced corporate environment, Teri relocated to Mobile in August to enjoy life closer to the beach. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, creating chain maille jewelry, cooking, and both deep-sea and lake fishing. She also enjoys spending time with her large family, including her daughter and ten siblings.
