LaChelsa has worked as a property manager for 13 years but she has truly excelled as SVN | Toomey Property Advisor's Maintenance Director. She is responsible for training and managing the entire in-house maintenance crew while managing the renovation/clean-up schedules for every unit and every property.  LaChelsa has been a huge part of our success as a property management company due to her focus on improving tenant relations and following through on maintenance requests. She is also responsible for managing the entire Toomey Property portfolio.

 

In her free-time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family.
