Jon Payne serves as a Portfolio Manager, bringing a strong background in financial leadership, accounting, and commercial real estate. With experience in finance and operations, he takes a strategic and analytical approach to property management, focusing on asset performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency to help maximize value across the portfolios he oversees.

Living in Fairhope, Alabama, Jon has built his career along the Gulf Coast and developed a deep understanding of the regional real estate market. He holds an active Alabama real estate license and brings valuable insight into property operations, investment performance, and long-term asset management. His background in accounting and finance provides a strong foundation for evaluating property performance, managing financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Jon earned his degree in accounting from the University of South Alabama and has spent much of his career in leadership roles focused on financial management, operational strategy, and growth initiatives.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, traveling, and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle along the Gulf Coast. He is active in the local community and is a member of 3Circle Church, where his faith plays an important role in his life.
