JJ Moody is a commercial real estate advisor with SVN Toomey Property Advisors and a member of the national SVN Hotel Advisor Team. She specializes in hotel and hospitality assets, as well as land and development opportunities along the Gulf Coast. In addition to her specialty practice, JJ also provides advisory services in investment sales and both tenant and landlord representation, offering clients a well-rounded approach to their commercial real estate needs.

A Mobile native and graduate of Troy University, JJ leverages her background in nonprofit administration, insurance claims management, and personal real estate investing to provide clients with strategic, results-driven guidance.
