Chris, originally from New York, brings over 18 years of experience as a superintendent with renowned builders such as D.R. Horton, Benchmark, and Adams Homes.

 

As our Maintenance Director, Chris oversees all aspects of property maintenance and makes sure each job gets done right and on time.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys coastal walks with his two energetic Springer Spaniels and unwinds on the golf course. His hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable part of our team.
