Abi graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales in 2021. She began as a Marketing Intern with SVN | Toomey Property Advisors in 2020 and quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth. Through her creativity, leadership, and dedication, Abi advanced through multiple roles before stepping into her current position as Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Abi oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, helping guide the growth and performance of the firm’s brokerage and property management divisions. She works closely with the team to streamline processes, support property managers and leasing staff, and ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants across the portfolio.

When she’s not at work, Abi enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and spending time with her two daughters.
